Our core session

RIC Training: a structured 60–70 minute session

Many organisations genuinely care about people, yet sustaining transformation needs more than goodwill. How do we help people truly belong? How do we move beyond support towards participation? This session gives you a framework to answer with confidence.

  1. 1

    Reframing reintegration

    Looking beyond support toward transformation

Most conversations about reintegration focus on reducing risk, preventing reoffending or providing practical support. These matter, but they often miss a deeper question: how does someone begin to see themselves differently, and how can the church help sustain that new identity?

  2. 2

    Introducing the RIC Framework

A practical way of understanding lasting change

Participants are introduced to Restoration, Identity and Community: not another programme, but a lens for understanding welcome, belonging and long-term flourishing.

  3. 3

    From insight to practice

    Turning ideas into action

Every session ends with guided discussion and practical reflection, so participants leave with ideas they can apply immediately in their own context.

Questions we explore together

  • Where are we already creating genuine belonging?
  • Who might still struggle to find their place?
  • How can people move from attending to contributing?
  • What small changes could make a lasting difference?

What you’ll gain

  • A fresh theological vision of reintegration
  • A practical framework you can apply immediately
  • New insight into identity, belonging and community
  • Greater confidence supporting people rebuilding their lives
  • Space for reflection, discussion and contextual application
