Make Good Foundation

Restoration · Identity · Community

No one should be defined by their past

A UK foundation creating pathways from exclusion to belonging, through training, speaking, research and scholarships.

How does transformation become socially real?

Many people experience profound change after prison, addiction, homelessness or exclusion. Yet they often struggle to find places where that change is recognised, supported and sustained.

Behaviour may have changed, but identity has not always been recognised by others. We exist to close that gap, equipping individuals, churches, charities and communities to recognise and sustain transformation.

“Transformation is not the end of the story. It is the beginning of a life that can be recognised, nurtured and shared with others.”

The RIC Framework

Restoration, Identity and Community

Three interconnected dimensions at the heart of everything we do.

  • Restoration

Recognising the dignity and worth of every person, and rebuilding hope, trust and participation.

  • Identity

Being recognised for who you are becoming, not defined by who you once were.

  • Community

Where restoration and identity become visible: belonging, contribution and shared life.
